TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1.
Nigel Business
Directory only accepts adverts from businesses which are located in
Nigel. In the event of the absence of a certain type of business in
Nigel, we may, at our own discretion, accept an advert from a non-Nigel
business, provided that the advertiser services the Nigel community.
2.
Prices subject to
change with prior notice (email notification).
3.
There are no set up fees.
4.
Adverts are placed on a month to month basis.
5. One full calendar month's termination written notice by either party.
6.
The advertiser provides the advert in a format ready for placing on
the website. If the advertiser does not have a suitable advert, Bacchus
International will create an advert free of charge.
7.
Nigel Business Directory
reserves the right to refuse any advert that
does not comply with our values and those of responsible advertising
without providing any reasons.
8.
Aspects that will play a role in refusing ads, include but are not
limited to the following:
- Technical acceptability of the ad. Ads must conform to the technical
requirements regarding format and size.
- Esthetic acceptability of the ad.
- Product or service offered and the words and/or images used to
advertise it. The probable audience and moral values will play a role in
judging acceptability.
9.
The advertiser must have a website to link the advert to. Should the
advertiser not have a website, Nigel Business Directory will create a
one-page website at a very reasonable design and hosting fee (See details and fees below).
One-page websites created for advertisers will only be active while the
advertiser has a current advert with us.
10.
All monthly payments are to be done through Debit Order.

• Nigel Business Directory will create a one-page website for
your company in the Nigel Business Directory website, with a
permanent internet address for your business

Design cost:
R100 once-off.
Hosting:
R25 per month.
